Refund Policy

1. Digital product
The Denim Code is a digital product (a PDF guide) delivered instantly via download upon successful payment. Because the product is delivered immediately and can be accessed, copied, and saved as soon as your order is complete, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
2. EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. However, under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)), this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once: (a) performance has begun, and (b) you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase at checkout, you confirm that you request immediate access to your digital guide and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
3. When we will offer a refund or replacement
We want you to be able to access what you paid for. We will provide a refund, a replacement download link, or another resolution in cases such as:
- You were charged but did not receive access to the guide due to a technical error on our end
- You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order
- The file you received is corrupted or unreadable
To request help with any of the above, email farah.gurbanova@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number or receipt.
4. Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record
All payments for The Denim Code are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record for this sale. Lemon Squeezy's own refund and dispute policies may also apply, and Lemon Squeezy may handle certain billing-related queries directly (for example, duplicate charges or receipts). 5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at farah.gurbanova@gmail.com — we're happy to help resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in your access to the guide being revoked.
