1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or purchasing The Denim Code guide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

3. The product

The Denim Code is a digital styling guide (PDF, currently 75 pages) sold for €24.99, providing general denim-fit guidance based on the body shape identified through our quiz. The guide is for personal, informational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional fitting, styling, or medical advice. Results and outcomes may vary from person to person.

4. The quiz

Our free quiz asks a short series of questions about your body shape and fit preferences to recommend the most relevant pages of the guide for you. Quiz results are based solely on the information you provide and are intended as general guidance only.

5. Orders & payment

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, Inc., our payment provider and Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the authorized reseller of The Denim Code, handles your payment, issues receipts and invoices, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and may appear as the merchant on your bank or card statement. By placing an order, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's own terms of service and privacy policy, available at lemonsqueezy.com.

6. Delivery

The Denim Code is delivered digitally and instantly after successful payment, via a download link provided by Lemon Squeezy and/or by email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading and storing your own copy of the guide.

8. Intellectual property

All content in The Denim Code — including text, illustrations, design, and the quiz itself — is owned by Farah Gurbanova / Denim Insider and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the guide for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share the guide or its contents without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its related systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer

This website and the guide are provided "as is". While we aim for accuracy and helpfulness, we make no guarantees about specific results, including how any recommended cut, rise, or wash will fit you in practice. Sizing and fit can vary between brands and individual garments.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the guide, including purchasing decisions made based on the guide's content.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
